Combat Application Tourniquet® is an easy-to-use first-aid blood flow interruption medical solution that includes an O-shaped strap loop, a toggle, and a fixation handle. The loop can be quickly attached to any extremity and fixed there firmly without the need for additional screws and clips.
Chest Seal

C-A-T® Combat Application Tourniquet
C-A-T refers to the Combat Application Tourniquet® — a one-hand tying system applied for blood flow congestion or brief interruption, which is necessary to provide expert first aid for the wounded in tactical emergency situations.
C-A-T features an individually adjustable strap, which enables the users to attach it firmly to any extremity, using the winding system that includes a toggle that can be used with only one hand, which reduces attachment time and increases first aid efficiency in life-or-death situations. One more important element of the system is a special handle fixing the toggle in a proper position and preventing excessive blood flow without extra screws or clips.
The O-shaped loop from the strap, the toggle, and the handle form the unique securing system, thanks to which, the tool has passed the experiments in the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research.
Chest Seal Vent
The Chest Seal Vent is a first-aid solution created to quickly respond to chest wounds and effectively reduce the risk of tension pneumothorax in emergency situations. The device features advanced hydrogel adhesive seals that preserve its properties even during damp conditions or excessive blood flow common for open chest wounds. At the same time, seals are designed to secure harmless airflow: inhaled air is prevented but exhaled is released.
